Nana’s Place philosophy consists of providing a comfortable and fun environment where children can become independent and social bi-lingual learners. We understand that each child is unique and there are differences in reaching milestones which is why we are proud of the individual attention that we are able to provide to your child to ensure that s/he realizes their full potential during his/her time with us.  

 

Our Spanish Immersion Program, is structured such that children have consistent exposure to Spanish in both educational and play-time activities. All of our caretakers are fluent Spanish speakers. Our focus on a child’s development is concentrated in the following 4 fields:

 

Gross Motor Development: dancing activities, exercise play, outdoor activities

 

Fine Motor Development: painting, chalk play, arts and crafts, musical activities

 

Educational: Seasonal activities, outdoor exploration, and reading

 

Social Learning:  dramatic play, creative story telling, coordinated group activities, singing and dancing
